Could we just use our own old cotton socks? Mine blow out at the heels...a perfect hole made just for planting in.

I'm curious about something with these pyramids. It's seems like a lot of soil is wasted. Is that my imagination? Is there potting soil in the middle of these things, where nothing is growing?

Some folks will put MM all through it. A friend of mine did that and the top 18" settled after she planted. The next year she filled the top with compost and got a decent yield. I have read about some folks putting fenestrated 3" or 4" pvc or some type of pipe down through the center.jazzycat wrote:I'm curious about something with these pyramids.
