If the language of love is universal amongst humans, is the language of frolicking universal amongst 4 leggers?!

I had to post that on my FB. I'm a hunter, but I'm a lover for nature and that is just too adorable.

Oh my gosh, that was so adorable. If only people could get along as well.

That was really cute! Good thing this was a young deer...a mature one could do some damage with those front feet!

Re: One ball, one dog, one deer.....
I strongly suspect that was a rescued fawn raised by people. It appeared to be playing with the dog just like it would with a sibling. Unfortunately (wearing my devil's advocate hat here) that lack of fear of dogs could potentially spell doom for the deer if it is released back into the wild. I bring this up to point out that people really should not try to rescue and rehabilitate deer themselves.
Take ANY wild animal to a licensed wildlife rehab expert that is certified in the species of concern. I will also point out that it is ILLEGAL to keep native species without special licensing/permits. You can find a rehabber by doing an on-line search for wildlife rehabilitation.

Re: One ball, one dog, one deer.....
The Youtube post says that the fawn was found half-starved and all alone...so yes, he's been raised with the dog, and plays with the dog and cat -- and routinely leaves the yard to run with the resident whitetail and axis deer herds in the nearby forest...but always comes back, usually to eat the cat's food (ROFL - go figure).
