No worries, Denny -- take as much room for your posts as you need!

Welcome to the Europe forum -- I'm LaFee, an American transplanted to just outside Paris, and enjoying my first SFG. A friend was visiting the other day, and just couldn't believe that I was planning to grow that many veg in so small a space...but he was duly impressed with the size of the radishes and lettuce that are growing...the French are no more familiar with SFG than are the English...but isn't it fun to show them what lovely, light soil you have, without digging and turning and tilling!

We've had a long cold winter here, too...hopefully now that the Ice Saints have passed and Saint Denise has had her day, we can go about having some nice weather.

What is the status of your garden ? ? - Page 2 Empty carrots and corn sprouted yesterday!

Post  Michelle 5/19/2010, 2:07 am

My first SFG so I'm very excited. So far, everything I've planted from seedlings is still alive and thriving (fingers crossed), but my direct seeds of carrots and corn sprouted yesterday and I was very happy to say hello What is the status of your garden ? ? - Page 2 Icon_biggrin

Cheers
