New gardner in San Jose, Ca.
Just started a new garden, almost no experience in gardning. Only room for a garden is on the boat lot so I put the SFG on pallets to move w/ fork lift. Made garden and then bought book but did most things ok. I had to transplant some squash due to room issue so I put the squash in pots. I'm sure I have way too much stuff planted in a small space but I can always thin out. Can't believe how much it has grown in three weeks!

Did I read correctly that this garden is in fact planted on a boat or will be moved to a boat?! Wow!
It looks great, congratulations!

NO, I'm building a boat and in the boat yard I started my SFG just outside the boat barn. I wonder if I could build grow boxes that would go down inside the boat during travel?

Welcome neighbor! I have never heard of moving a garden with a fork lift! That's great.
There is a lot of great information on the forums and a lot of friendly folks. For regional information, there is a Nor Cal & Coastal Valleys forum. There are just a few of us posting there and we would love a status after a few weeks to see how your garden is doing -- challenges and victories!
