So after I have all my herbs planted, I find out about "companion planting" Wondering if I have to re-do everything for if this lay out will be alright. Any advice would be appreciated!

Everything looks great. Only thing I could find was no basil near sage, and yours isnt very close!

Companion planting isn't a hard and fast fail/succeed thing. Many of the recommendations are based on subtle things. Sometimes two plants just share a pest do it is best to keep them apart so as not to encourage the pest. Few things are really antagonistic towards one another and if so, that is usually stated in the companion planting description.

I love this forum, I too found the companion planting page here. I have it as one of my home pages its used so much right now. I have a box mostly dedicated to herbs, I had my basil next to my sage, and on that site it says not to plant basil near sage or rue. I did move the sage out of that box to a permanent bed I made for my rosemary. The sage I took out of the box is thriving and thriving well. Its a hardy plant. Hope this helps.
