Beans and frost
Help...
It's 32 degrees and I forgot to pick my bush beans for a meal in the next few days. What should I do...pick them this morning? Put them in fridge? Let the sun warm them?
Thanks for your help

Pick them this morning before they warm up in the sun, and either blanch them or cook them. Once they are cooked, they can be stored in the refrigerator served for a meal, or they can be blanched and frozen for long-term storage.
