Hi there this is Patrick from Gardnerville. Gardners in Gardnerville garden in a zone 6b. I’m trying SFG for the first time and loved its philosophy  so much I decided to take the instructors course!!

Anyway I’m planting lots of Tom’s, peppers, brassicas, herbs, lettuce and trying quinoa and amaranth.

My book just arrived this weekend and I just about read it all. Anyway looking forward to the forum.

Peace

Hi Patrick.  Welcome to our party from Atlanta, GA!  Glad you've joined us.

I would recommend looking in the archives for BrainChasm's posts.  He's a successful gardener in AZ (I believe).

We like pics!   Very Happy  Hint, hint...

Welcome to our group from Ohio, Patrick!  Appropriate name for a town full of gardeners, eh? Be sure to check out your regional forum for members that also experience your growing conditions. Since you are up around the Lake Tahoe area, your regional forum would probably be the Western Mountains and High Plains
