I seem to be restricted to adding 3 photo's per topic. Has there been a change since I was here previously or am I missing something ?

It hasn't changed for quite a while, Jimmy, but you have to select & insert 3 pictures, then select "Remove All" to clear the 3 you loaded, then "Select Files" to add up to 3 more. You can a larger number of pictures that way. i just tested it by loading 8 pictures.
