Vermiculite  Empty Vermiculite

Post  Fishtell 3/10/2021, 4:58 pm

Does anyone know if there are some better specs that I can use to make sure I'm getting the right Vermiculite?    The Sq Ft. Gardening books says get "course" but  what is a definition of Course?

I'm seeing
  * Course?
  * Medium grade
  * A-3,
  * Nothing at all on bag

Thanks

Oh, by the way my first name is Alan Very Happy

The Coarse Vermiculite I use, from A.M. Leonard, lists it as"

"Palmetto Vermiculite Grade A-3 is a premium, coarse particle size material meeting ASTM C516 Type 1, Grade 2 specifications."
