Got an early start on growing snow this year and I must say it practically grows itself. I did get my garlic in. So the bed looks perfect, 8" of leaves and several inches of snow. Snow, the poor man's nitrogen.

countrynaturals, good news if your rock pile gets big enough you can sell the whole pile. I haven't found a market for the snow here but have heard of people buying boxes of snow around this time of year. I would do up a DIY kit which is just a freezer tray and a scraper and call it a snow making machine but I am still on parole for the solar clothes dryer that I sold for $9.99 and consisted of a 6' piece of rope and two wooden clothes pins.
