Re: What are you eating from your garden today?
I have been eating my sungold tomatoes every single day!
My entire family which includes two sons with theirs wives and each of 2 children are going camping for a week in Massachusetts along with one of my daughter-in-laws parents and their 3 grandchildren. We are not tenting we are each are renting cabins and the in law parents have a huge R.V.
We have been doing this for the past couple of years.
So therefore, I am bringing 2 bags of my pole beans to cook along with 15 cucumbers and 10 various tomatoes and some sungold tomatoes if I dont eat them all by then....lol.

YUM! We are getting so many ripe now that we can't keep up with them. 5 or 6 a day ripening. But, they are sooooooooooo delicious!

My 4 year old grandson is eating sorrel that he picks off the one plant that I planted on the edge of the bed so he could reach it. He lovers sorrel. Won't eat lettuce but continually picks a leaf of sorrel as he plays in the garden.

All of the produce in today's lunch salad is from the backyard (tomatoes, potatoes, 3 leaf types --though the black potatoes are not SFG)

Red salad
Hello! What an inspiring post! Today I have made a salad out of my favourite radicchio. I grow it in my garden since 4 years and tbh it is still my favourite vegetable. I use it for most of my meals and I can even sometimes make a good addition out of it for dinner. https://gardenseedsmarket.com/bio-radicchio-palla-rossa-3-certified-organic-seeds-chicory-360-seeds-en.html this is the one that I'm buying constantly as it is bio.

Nice! Yukon Gold potatoes with 3 cheeses, so delicious! Leftovers from Thanksgiving. Also made stuffing with some garden celery.

That squash looks delish, OG, I am inspired to try a Red Kuri tonight! I am thinking butter and brown sugar/maple syrup?
And apparently, I will be processing my garden potatoes into homefries, my store had ZERO frozen ones when I went this morning!

Yes, butter and brown sugar, then sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice over the squash and bake. 'Tis delicious!

We have one Red Kuri that I haven't cut into yet.
