New Mulch Between Beds
Never plant without a bucket of compost at your side.
Re: New Mulch Between Beds
Very nice, OG!
The mulch between my beds is turning into soil now also. I think its been about 6 summers for mine, though.
I'm thinking of raking it all out and composing it and then adding fresh mulch on top.
Did you just top dress or did you clean out the old stuff?

Re: New Mulch Between Beds
I just put it on top of the old. It has composted down to less than an inch above the hardware cloth that is under the beds, and I decided to just leave it to continue building the soil. Can't beat free wood chips for mulch!
