Welcome aboard, Jazzlover! It is great to see you hear. Always great to exchange ideas with another ogranic gardener - I have always been an organic gardener, but started changing over to raised beds about 4 years ago and am really enjoying the ease of gardening now.
Looks like you use a modified Three-Sisters technique for your beans. Do the sunflowers tend to provide too much shade for the beans?

True SFG is very organic as only blended composts are added each time something is planted or sowed.

Sanderson those beans were growing in 2016 when I did the 3 Sisters over 3 of our beds. It was fun and educational but corn was a failure between being strangled by and shaded by beans. Next year I'm going to try growing a variety of heirloom vegetables, primarily beans and tomatoes. Some of my cattle panel arches are up already, although I'm already having second thoughts about how I set them up
By the way those big weeds (new houses) grew across the street last year!

Welcome, Jazzlover! Ohio here! I have been organic since the original SFG back in the late 80s. It’s not easy, but once you get used to it, it’s really second nature! Glad you found us, check out your regional forum, as well, for similar growing conditions and pests, etc.
