Peppers in prime production
The peppers are in their prime now in the raised beds, with lots of compost. There are 18 squares of peppers in this bed - 6 Jalapeno on the left, 6 sweet banana in the middle, and 6 Bullnose bell peppers on the right. The Jalapeno and Banana peppers were just picked 2 days ago, but there are more ready - which is a good thing, because I ran out of Jalapeno Poppers and need to make some more. I have canned 20 pints of pickled Jalapeno Peppers for this winter's use, too.
