A satisfying 1 1/2 hours pulling grass etc and placing black cloth over one 4 x 4 and the two foot walkway in between = a total area 8 x 4. Temp went from 22C to 28C. and will rise to 38C/100F late this afternoon. Next is another 4x4 and the surrounding area, then these beds next to the driveway will improve the neatness and make me feel good when I walk home.
If I keep doing that every morning this week I should make good progress.

KJ, You may want to read what you posted and post corrections. You just finished the last of the peaches from 1916, and you learned to can in 1916?

I am a child of the twentieth century. Thanks sanderson, I wonder how many others noticed the slip? When I re-read my post, I really did not think I had made a mistake as I was thinking, I canned the peaches the same year I learned to can; what's wrong with that? Duh!
Re: CANADIAN REGION: What are you doing in July 2018
Glad you got that sorted out KJ. For a moment I thought I had been transported back in time in Doctor Who's tardis.
