Western Mountains and High Plains garden talk

I have noticed we have a handful of new members all in this region. I want to greet you all, and any one else, and wish us all a good spring with out too many May blizzards Laughing

I am in the Gallatin valley of Montana. I have been gardening here for 25 years, some times more SFG than other times. Right now it is almost all SFG. It is zone 4 here, and we get a lot of wind but nothing like over the hill in Livingston. I am seeing buds swelling on the cottonwood trees. It is starting to green up outside but nothing is sprouting yet. My gardening is still limited to the window sill where I am starting tomatoes and such. Soon the greenhouse will get planted.

What about you? How is it going?
