Woke up this morning to temps in the upper 50', partly cloudy sky, & breezy. In other words, absolutely beautiful!

Great time to get out in the garden... If you're wondering what you can plant in Zone 7, here's a list to get you started:

Beans - broad beans, fava beans (also Fava bean) Sow seed Harvest from February
Chives (also Garden chives) Sow seed Harvest from December
Corn Salad (also Lamb's lettuce or Mache) Sow seed Harvest from December

Jerusalem Artichokes (also Sunchoke) Plant tubers Harvest from March
