Spotted Lanternfly: invasive pest "new" to the US
Good information for all US gardeners, but of immediate interest to those in the Mid-Atlantic, North East, and Upper South regions:
This article from "Rodale's Organic Life" about a recently identified invasive fly, appeared in my inbox this morning. I took notice because these insects were first identified on US soil in eastern PA, in 2014, and are quickly spreading.
What You Need To Know About Invasive Spotted Lanternflies And How To Get Rid Of Them
Let's stop 'em in their tracks (or at least slow their progress), if we can!
