What Are These Little Guys?
I've been noticing these tiny bugs on my cucumber flowers. Hoping someone (read: Beetles, lol) could identify what they might be. I usually only see one per flower, if that, so far. Sorry the picture is not as close as it could be!

Re: What Are These Little Guys?
I flipped through the bugs in bugguide but I keep coming back to my first thought, chinch bug:

The size, shape, and color seem right, but the plant (cucumber) does not. Chinch bugs are a grass/grain/corn/lawn pest, and I can't find anything associating them with cucumber, which makes me doubt my guess.
Several of the bugs (as in the taxonomic group) are similar, most of them that look like yours feed on plants. But it's not a squash bug, nor does it look like any of the normal cucumber pests I'm familiar with. If the plants don't look to be suffering, and there aren't many of them, I'd personally ignore them, but I tend to err on that side of things when I can't ID something.

Thanks for your input Beetles! Always appreciated. :-) Yes, I'm not too concerned about them just yet. I find it curious that there seems to never be more than one per flower. The plants themselves are doing great, it seems, but I will keep an eye on their population.
