Medical Herbs
I know there's a lot of information on Herbs on the Forum I enjoyed reading a lot of it today, After we moved into the San Antonio area we were informed that it's one of the worst areas in the USA for allergy's' Well long story short were looking for some relief and some Friends at Church was telling us about Fenugreek of India Tea from the seeds, and to use the leaves as salad greens. Another one is Holy Basil or Tulasi also of India. Another one my Son's wife sent us some seeds for is Perilla it is from Korean, They all supposedly help with the respitory system. any help on growing these would be appreciated I'm not finding much on line.

Re: Medical Herbs
Baker Creek carries the seeds for all 3. They should grow in you Region, even if just an annuals. http://www.rareseeds.com/shiso-perilla-purple-zi-su/
I read Wiki on all 3 but didn't see anything regarding allergies.

Re: Medical Herbs
I don't know about herbs, but ingesting raw, unfiltered honey, from a local source, may help boost immunity.
