I am trying to prepare to grow Okinawa sweet potatoes (purple) and sweet potatoes this year.  I need some advice as I have never grown them before.  Does anyone have any tips for me?  When do I plant them?  What's the best way to grow them?  Thanks!

Hi Dhooy,  Welcome to the Forum from California!  glad you\'re here  The search box in the upper left corner can lead to many, many subjects, and a wealth of information.  Here is one of the threads on sweet potatoes.  Have you put the SW in glasses/jars of water to start growing the slips?    https://squarefoot.forumotion.com/t20001-sweet-potatoes?highlight=sweet+potatoes
