Hi - I'm not exactly a rookie but didn't know where to post this I am about to start my tomatoes, peppers, cukes and eggplant indoors and I'm a little rusty because I skipped it last year. I got so much information from this site but don't know where to look. I just want reminders on starter mixture moisture, when to add lights, how high the lights are supposed to be, etc. I know it is here because I remember looking at pictures of everyone's beautiful setups! Can someone please point me in the right direction (I searched under seed starting but didn't find it). Thanks. Laughing

Reminds me. I have to modify the light stands similar to Mr. Booker designs. Hope to get the old MM sterilized/baked tomorrow, though I won't seed the pots for another week.

Indoor Seed Starting Info? Empty Shoe Rack for Indoor Seed Starting

Just wanted to share my indoor seeds starting method.

I'm blessed with a south-facing glass door. I've found that a shoe rack with every other "shelf" removed tilts the seed tray at a very good angle for starting seeds. It's on wheels so can be easily moved . . . especially when my 2 YO grandson visits.
