Notice: Gluten-free Recipes Sub-Forum- Up and running!
This forum is for all those delicious GF recipes that some members post under other recipe categories. For all of you who have shared your GF recipes, please re-post them under this subforum so they do not get lost.

Thanks, Sanderson! I don't eat gluten-free, but I frequently cook for a friend who does, so I appreciate you setting this up.

WOW!! I didn't see this till Sanderson mentioned it on another post.(thanks for that)
Every thing we cook is gluten free Peg has celiac so even the tiniest amount of gluten can make her very sick. Before she found out what it was she almost died laying in a hospital wasting away. They would put her on an iv and she would improve, only to have them feed her a bland plain breakfast of dry toast and cream of wheat.
the condition was not really understood back then in 95. Thank God they found out what it was fore it was too late. She was just skin and bones. But then she met me and I love to cook hearty cajun meals and love her so we adapted our recipees. Every single food we post on our blogs is guaranteed 100 percent gluten free. If ya have any questions please Pm me or post it here now that I know its here I will keep an eye ot.
