Cinnamon Pickles Empty Cinnamon Pickles

I just came across an intriguing recipe for "Cinnamon Pickles," something I've never heard of.  If I ever get an abundant harvest of cucumbers, I think I'll give this a try!

Never heard of cinnamon pickles.  My daughter just made some fried pickle slices.  Pretty good considering they were fried.
