Zucchini Meatballs
These zucchini meatballs look pretty good. I wonder if you could cook the meatballs and then flash freeze them on a cookie sheet and then bag and freeze for later use.

Re: Zucchini Meatballs
CC - a pickle worm got the bulb on my immature Tromboncino. I cut off the bulb and have the long neck left. I plan to shred that and try the meatballs.CapeCoddess wrote:Wish I could grow summer squash. Good thing my girlfriend is overrun with it and I now have 2 tromboncino in my basement. Definitely going to try this with my Zoodles, that is if the SVB allow it this year.

Re: Zucchini Meatballs
Reading the recipe, isn't that really bread crumb cheese ball. The recipe calls to cook all the water out of the zucchini and then mix the bread crumbs, grated cheese, egg and zucchini into 16 balls.
There's a tablespoon of bread crumbs per zucchini ball?
