Drowning center plants in garden bed?
Ive built a raised garden, 4'x16', with approximately 12" depth of top soil/compost mixture. The bottom and sides are covered in in weed block cloth. A variety of plants are in. There is direct sunlight throughout the day. The center section plants from end to end have stunted growth to the point of nearly dying. The plants on either edge are well. Is this an issue of poor drainage in the center?

Welcome, Ezzzz, is there wood in the bottom of the box, or just weed cloth?

Ezzzz, Welcome to the Forum from California! Have you dug down in the middle and compared that soil with the soil in the edges? Was there a depression where the frame was set? What is the native soil like? Poor drainage? More info would be good for us to be able to help you.

Also, some photos of your plants would be helpful.
