Re: Lower South March 2016
Ralitaco maybe keep a journal this year about when you started and than go through in the off season or you free time and see others in our zone starting time frame. Once you have that all down you can apply it to a calendar that will help you be a top of everything next year. Just a thought...

Those are 2 of the places I go. Both had Bonnie's transplants but none of their own out when I was there, but they may have them now.walshevak wrote:Pender Nursery or Farmers Supply????
Last year, Pender Pines had Pepper transplants in 4" pots that already had peppers on them!

Seeds or transplants

mschaef, Thanks for the suggestion...I will pass it on to my wife...she's the writer in the family

Seriously, that is a really good idea. I think I missed the window for starting from seeds for most things I want to grow. As a result, only get to plant what the stores have as transplants.
I just sat down tonight and made a list of what we want to put in the garden this year. Now I have to do the research and see what I can still plant and what I have missed out on this year. Also, I wanted to try the tromboncini squash, but will have to order seeds...add more time.
Ok, enough of that...at least I have the beds and the MM and have time to put in tomatoes and peppers...right????...I do have time for that don't I?
