This year February 1 was our lemon harvest day.  Here is the picture filled post complete with videos of the whole thorny process.  We ahd fun laughing and joking and being silly as we harvested or beloved lemon monster.

yea Sanderson we freeze the bottles for later we have kept them that way for 2 years and they stay wonderful.  The gallons we use for jelly making and the small bottles for everyday use as well as gifting and trading with the neighbors.  1 gallon goes to my wine making friend he uses a splash of it in his winemaking process.  Our friends left with 2 gallons and a hand full of the 16 oz jars for their own use.  Jean makes jelly for their craft booth and Mr. Ed just loves lemon aide.

We once parked our lil camper under a massive tree for the shade it was way too big for peg and I to join hands around and very tall.  That night a wind came up and we woke to a purple camper.  The tree was a massive mulberry.  We wondered how would one harvest berries from a tree 30' tall.
