Yogurt sauce for tomatoes
I was asked to post the recipe for the sauce shown in the picture below.

Yogurt sauce:
1 cucumber chopped
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
hot sauce, salt, pepper
Combine all, season with hot sauce, salt and pepper and let sit for a few min. before using.

I didn't have parsley on hand. I made one with mint, and one with no mint but only cilantro. I liked both of them. Glad you posted the recipe!
