I think we lucked out over the weekend; there wasn't much inconvenience.  This is only the second time I know of that their techs in France worked on the weekends, so they must be having some serious issues somewhere.

As always, be patient, this too shall pass.

When the forum isn't working properly, it can feel lonely.  I find it comforting to have  an email address, or another method of contacting another forum member,  to see if they know what's going on.
