I did a search of the site and couldn't find any. 
They are native to the US. I just got one and will share photos of it's growth this season. Mines in a pot because they need nutrient poor soil and some require a bog like environment. Maybe it's a guy thing? 
I'm in southwest Indiana and the plants can handle freezing temTemps outside acording to the book I read.

Hey, maybe one day you'll get lucky and catch a rat in it? They're fascinating plants. I've read they catch surprisingly large critters.
