Home made Butter
This is what I did today with the 2 unused pints of whipping cream. Starting to get chunky.
Squishing with ice water to get the milk out.
First cube at 6.1 oz.

Cool. We did the same thing a couple of days ago in mason jars. Fun thing to do.

Yes, it was fun. I think the whipping cream cost more than buying the same net amount of butter at the store.

You are probably right about the cost. The grandkids think it's the coolest thing in the world.
