Bee Toxic Pesticides
Hopefully posting this isn't against the rules. If it is, I apologize.
This is an article regarding a bill recently introduced in Congress [The Saving America's Pollinators Act (H.R. 2692)] to suspend the use of neonicotinoid pesticides, a.k.a neonics, the most widely used insecticides in the world. Exposure to neonics has become a key culprit in bee population losses. For those of us who are able to vote in the United States, this is a way to hopefully help save our pollinators.

Thank you, camprn! Hadn't seen this before. I've just recently rejoined the forum. It's probably being circulated among my Michigan friends because it is National Pollinators Week. Maybe if enough people contact their congressmen/women this week, the bill will get moving again.
