For the last 4 or 5 years I have grown only soft neck garlic. This year for the first time it's all hard neck. I was out watering and noticed they all had scapes (sp). What do I do with them? I read that others like them etc. but do I need to remove them or just leave them on if I want? I don't want to compromise the size of my garlic heads.

Remember you can always put your topic up in the white search box to find past discussions, but here is one to get you started, plus you can type in garlic scapes to find other threads
