they didn't even make it to the table...a little butter and a pinch of sea salt and they disappeared while sitting on the kitchen counter. Much more flavor than what is trucked in to the grocery stores.
There is an asparagus patch in our community garden...about 4'x50'. We may get a few more cuttings...and plenty had already been harvested before we were able to cut some tonight.
