Belated Hello from Leicester UK

Hi everyone,

I should have come here earlier... but all the topic titles just grabbed me.. as I browsed past.

I started gardening in earnest in summer of 2003  Glorious it was.. .  Hubby and I were taking
walks to escape our cold and shaddy garden.

We came upon an allotment advertising empty plots .  We took on a plot  then another one a couple years later.   Then both developed mobility problems.  We gave up one of the plots  but even one seemed too much.  I happened upon an article on SFG went o Mel's site, bought the ANSFG read it twice, found the forum , took breaks reading the book, planning the plot and sowing seeds.   I had already started organising boxes...'cause I could enjoy gardening sitting or/and standing.I will be filling the boxes in a couple of weeks
I haven't felt so excited for a long time.


Why reservoir?  It's the name of the allotments.
