Another nice thing about my garlic/cheyenne recipe is that garlic also has anti-fungal properties. I haven't had any powder mildew on my cuke leaves. Yes, marketmore is pm resistant, but so are my dunja zukes that have pm. I haven't been spraying the zukes, but I'm going to start doing so.

Dstack, thanks for bumping this. I couldn't find the copy of your recipe I saved so I am glad to see it again.

Glad to help!sanderson wrote:Dstack, thanks for bumping this. I couldn't find the copy of your recipe I saved so I am glad to see it again.

I made a fresh batch last night and strained it this morning. As you can expect, the aphids have been more persistent after fertilizing (w/fish emulsion), so the recipe is not always full-proof, but the pests are much more manageable. We ate our first cuke Saturday, and it was probably the best tasting cuke we've ever had!
