Cucumbers don't seem to like my SFG? Empty Cucumbers don't seem to like my SFG?

All my garden is bursting with life. Everything except my cucumbers. They are stunted, yellow, and barely there. I planted "Improved long green" from seed, and am used to being able to go from seed to fruit in this amount of time in my zone. The last couple of weeks have been unseasonably cool, but there's no vining at all.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you had problems with cucumber beetles? If you could post a photo, that would help.
