Yellowish box around thread title?

I only just noticed this tonight (er, this morning.) Is that an indicator of the last/newest post in a thread? for example, my reply to vjam5555, https://squarefoot.forumotion.com/t16275-sterilizing-mm-after-pest-infestation#170823, at 1:19 this morning has a yellow-orange box, around the words "Re: Sterilizing MM after pest infestation?" (Also, is this new, or have I simply not noticed it before?)

The first time I saw this thread I had never noticed the yellow boxes but I did today so thought I would come and tell you! I am guessing it has something to do with time you have to edit your post or something like that! I could be wrong.
