27 Zucchini Recipes from King Arthur Flour
I really enjoy the King Arthur Flour company. They have great products, great support, and a fantastic website to go along with it all. Follow the link for more that two dozen recipes that use zucchini, both sweet and savory, many with pictures and reviews:
And to show you what I mean about how great their website is, here's a blog entry from one of their bakers, giving step-by-step instructions and photos for the Zucchini and Sausage Strata.
Enjoy!

Gwen, thanks for the links. I am definitely going to try the zucchini and sausage strata in the next couple of days. I have some zucchini that should be ready to pick tomorrow or Tuesday and will follow the recipe. Thanks again.

Fix the zucchini and sausage strata last night and just got it out of the oven to cool. Sure smells good. Be tasting it in about 10-15 minutes.

Love the updates and pictures!
Found this blog entry for Zucchini Chips I want to try:
I actually didn't plant a zucchini. Guess I'll pick some up at the Farmer's Market so I can try a few recipes.

Gwennifer, Nice use for zucchini - I love the sweet potato chips and banana chips I made. This is may be good for other excess veggies??

Re: 27 Zucchini Recipes from King Arthur Flour
Hmmmm... Zucchini is in a convenient shape for doing this with since you can just slice it right up. But probably anything with a similar firm flesh would work. Eggplant? All kinds of squash. Sweet potatoes and regular potatoes, but we already know those can be made into chips. Plenty of people make Kale chips, so probably any of the big sturdy greens that you enjoy. Experiment and let us know!sanderson wrote:Gwennifer, Nice use for zucchini - I love the sweet potato chips and banana chips I made. This is may be good for other excess veggies??
Re: 27 Zucchini Recipes from King Arthur Flour
I liked their page on facebook, and that way I see whenever they post new recipes on their blog. I'm on their email list too so I can get coupons. Made their Blitz bread yesterday in my new DeMarle Deep Flexipat pan. Yay! This was a fantastic easy focaccia recipe anyway, but now it's super easy to make because without the oil in the bottom of the dish it's easier to pat the super sticky dough into place (doesn't slide all around) and the finished bread does not stick (which it did before in the glass dish even with a generous non-stick spray coating and the full suggested measure of oil).llama momma wrote:Gwennifer, Thanks so Much! That's it! I'm picking up some zucchini next time I'm at the Farmer's Market.meatburner wrote:
