Hiya,
As you are the regional host and know what is going on here in England Wink I was rather hoping that you would tell the likes of me a Newbie what to do in June. study
It is supposed to be 'flaming june' meaning hot, hot, hot. But today its cold and windy. affraid

My veg is covered with flea beetle holes and the slugs are having a field day. Got the little blighters today though rock on

I'm thinking of sowing more carrots but worried that they will suffer from carrot fly attack silly me Maybe sow some more peas. Im not sure what to do, especially if the weather stays like this study

Arrrragh .. I've just spent 25 min typing everything out and when I pressed send it died at the reconnection ....I must have typed too long and the has internet dropped out with out me knowing it.
I must use MS word then copy and paste it to over come this problem with long scripts as it about the seventh time its happened to me on this new computer .

Pauline,
I'm not going to attempt to retype it as it's turned midnight & I have an early start for a busy day .
The best I can say is get hold of one of " the expert vegetable " by Dr DG Hessayon usually in any garden centre but easily found on Amazon for around £8 .
I've had several , buying a new one every three or four years to keep up to speed on the varieties and to see if any new info is added .
I consider that they are the gold standard for crops and planning in any home garden .
