Love it, ESPECIALLY the cuke trellis -- that's OSM, and now I have trellis-envy.

Thank you ladies. Took about an hour to build... Always helps when you have the right tools, which I do not.. But my father-in-law does and lives about four blocks away (yay.....) I am pretty sure I built it right and should work right?

Looks great! Is that straw or wood chips you are using to mulch around the beds? It looks nice.

It's going to be the best fort ever. Even better than a refrigerator box!

You are going to need your 6 year old to pick the first cucumbers

What a truly beautiful garden you have. I am in my first year; and Im learning so much from everyone on here, especially through looking at all your lovely pictures.
How many cucumbers did you put in your box and how big is your box?. Im growing cucumbers for the first time and I haven't got a clue what I'm doing. I just know we as a family eat so much of them. I thought I would give it a try

It is a 1'x5' box... I think it has 13 total plants in it.... This is my first year as well so it is very much a learning experience...

Was just doing some garden work, staking my tomato plants. And I decided to count the tomatoes on my cherry tomato plant... THERE ARE 63 TOMATOES!!!!!!!! WOW... Told my wife, her response "how many cherry tomato plants do we have?" lol With about 30 tomato plants 5 of which are cherry... This should be a good year lol...

We have a decent size lot for being right in the middle of town, about .66 acres... BUT most of the back yard is shaded by mature oak and pecan trees... I am going to expand next year to the side yard...

One of the things I love about SGG, the beds can be located anywhere you have a few square feet of sunlight.
