In your area, I'd bet you could easily locate mini farms where you could readily source the 5 manures...
I'd look for cow, horse, goat, sheep, and chicken or other fowl. With the penchant for micro farms there, I'm thinking you could get what you need for free, or minimal outlay.
I'm doing exactly the same thing.
We have horses, as do 6 off our neighbors. They call me when they're mucking stalls, and I come by with my truck. They load me up, I pass them a sack of fresh veggies, and roll on my merry way to offload the piles into my compost heaps.
There are two rescue ranches that are a stone's throw away, and right on my way home. They have the other varieties of manure I need.
I get cow, goat, goose, duck, chicken, sheep, alpaca, pig, emu, and ostrich.
Yes, there's a couple weirdos raising turkeys for riding around here...
The opportunities are endless, just search out the possibilities and network yourself into what you need.

Please keep in mind that manure-based compost should comprise only 20% of the composts used in your Mel's Mix. A blend of small amounts of many different manure composts would be excellent!

However, you'll need four more composts.

I found mint compost at a nursery here in Central Oregon, as well as an OMRI-certified one from the Rogue River Valley containing no manure whatsoever. And then you might want to try the compost sold at Whole Foods, or perhaps EcoScraps.

I also use some Harvest Supreme by Gardner & Bloome to round things out and add a dash each of bat guano and worm castings.

Other organic planting compost blends are fine to use, too, as long as they don't contain peat moss--which would throw off your ratios--or excess uncomposted bark, wood, etc.

I've been surprised at how many types are available around here, whether at a larger grocery or a smaller garden store! flower
