potting soil affect in SFGs
Will there be future problems in an SFG bed if one plants veggies from the local centers, such as tomato, cucumber, broccoli, etc etc...
These plants are apparently seeded with some type of potting soil .
In time will this potting soil affect the SFG ?
I have tried seeding with fine vermiculite and it seems to do ok, even when planting to the bed from the starting container, however I am wondering about this foreign substance in SFG.

Jimmy, more likely than not, they are from a greenhouse using a soilless mix similar to Mel's mix. there should be no problems with the mix. Now if you buy a diseased plant, that is an entirely different matter.
