I just found a new source of pre-mixed MM for Northwest TN and Southwest KY. Nature's Naturals Garden Center in Paris TN. He is hand mixing by request using formula from the book with 1/3 peat-vermiculite-5 composts. The finished product looks and smells great. His price is reasonable at about $18 for 2 cu ft. He asks for a call ahead to order how much is needed so he can get it mixed. He is not keeping a large amount mixed. I did get permission to post this here.
