Welcome Lyndal,
I believe you may be in the Lower South region too! Peas /gardens don't do exactly what we want. Really depends on when they were planted/are they mature plants? and the weather, is it hot or still cool?
Mine have looked great for about 2 weeks. Mine started blooming about 4 days ago. So, look for blooms any day now. All 3 kinds went to blooming the same day, snow, snap, and shell.

How long have the pea plants been growing. It may be that they are getting ready to bloom. How has the weather been? Is it really hot there yet?

It is not hot yet. Actually it is just getting int the 70's , but looks like it will be warmer this week. The plants are beautiful and are about 3-4 feet tall. So maybe I will see blooms very soon. Thanks
