Yes, if you are going to promote the Certification Course, it needs to link directly to the foundation. Please change that in the original post.

Just curious if there is a data base maintained anywhere that lists all certified instructors that can be accessed by the public if someone were looking to locate one?

The foundation is re-doing their site now, but yes, they have a database that would give you the certified instructors in your area. I don't think the new site is complete yet. The foundation does have it's own storefront now and they have a full time employee who will be readily available to answer just about any question you may have. I believe her name is Jenny.
