Would like to introduce myself to the group..GlennD here. Going to try my hand at vegetable gardening again for the 1st time in a long time but on a much smaller scale this time and from everything I have read so far this seems like the ticket. I'm new to this method but determined to make it work with a lot less effort..lol. Appreciate any and all comments and suggestions. Going to start up sometime in mid February. Look forward to "meeting" everyone.

GlennD....Welcome to the forum. We have differing climates but they both work with SFG. You'll find lots of help here from folks in your area.
Be sure to use the search features on the left to give you answers and ideas.
Start small and baby steps until you feel comfy. It'll be worth it.

Hey GlennD!

glad you\'re here from another central AR SFG newbie (sorta). I attempted it last year and while I was able to keep the garden alive during the drought, it really didn't produce much. Also, I think I was growing stuff during the summer that should have been grown during the early spring/late fall! lol Ah well, live and learn.

Hope you have much success. There are tons of helpful people on these forums so just ask if you have any questions!
