Awesome camprn, thanks for posting! I'm obsessed with pumpkin flavored everything. We've already had homemade pumpkin croissants, pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie ice cream, and store-bought pumpkin spice bagels. Mmmmm.... the house smells so good when pumpkin stuff is baking.

These sound wonderful, along with all the other things listed. I love getting recipes created/tried by real people. Those seem to be the best and these all sound wonderful! Thanks for sharing Camprn!

Looks like a very fun web site and a nummy desert! My daughter loves pumpkin pie, but lives alone so a full pie wouldn't last for her. However a few "pop-tarts" may be just enough for her pumpkin cravings!
Thanks for posting!

camprn, I was working in the garden, breaking my already weak back, when I had to take a break. I happened on this wonderful link and now all I want to do is bake and eat! So many good looking recipes. Thanks!!!

Re: Pop Tart thingies...
I am of Mexican descent, we call these "Empanadas de calabaza dulce". They are baked in a triangle shape without frosting with a sweet pumpkin filling, maybe spiced with orange peel, and eaten for breakfast. They are found in all the Mexican bakeries here in Southern California.
It's awesome to see you all discover this pastry. Too bad the title here has Pop Tart in it because I associate that with non-nutritional pastry.
