Southern, I hope you're not in too much pain and that you are recovering ok.
So far, I haven't had a whole lot of pain (other than when the injury occurred). I've had some soreness here and there, and perhaps a bit of discomfort and cramping just from the injury and the bodies natural reaction to "tense up". I'm doing the required pt exercises pretty much every hour of the day. Working on bending and straightening the new tendon I got I will say, the pt is what causes me the most discomfort at this point.
I plan on returning to work on Monday
Again Southern, I wish you the best and hope you're alright and recovering well. It's no fun at all and I know you just want to be back to normal.
I am my gardens worst enemy.

Thank you rooster. I'm still working on it. This has been an ongoing struggle. I am seriously praying this is the final surgery. I'm still black and blue, and a beauty of a scar. I call it my frankenstein knee. I know can/will heal me...I just wish he'd hurry up! haha. I'm glad you're doing well. PT is tough, but it HAS to be done. Bless you!
